  1. What is an accumulative transfer?
    1. The transfer of two or more passengers to or from various ports of call in the close vicinity of each other.
  2. What is a single transfer?
    1. The transfer of one passenger directly to or from the airport. Only the passenger named in the booking will be transferred.
  3. How and to what to the prices apply?
    1. The prices are calculated based on zones. There are fixed prices, you can inquire at any time by accessing our website or phoning our 24-hour hotline on +49 (0)511 977 2240.
      The prices are not based on the number or age of the passengers but depend on the number of vehicles used and tours conducted.
  4. Are child safety seats provided?
    1. Child safety seats and baby carriers are of course provided free of charge.
      Simply enter the number of children under the age of 12 at the time of booking. The age of the child/children is important in order for us to provide the corresponding seats.
  5. How do we recognise the driver on the return journey from the airport back home?
    1. The driver will greet you directly at the airport terminal holding a sign with your name or our company logo.
